Independent non profit organisation that is committed to helping young athletes following their football academy journey. We recognise the commitment and dedication that being part of a professional football academy brings but the reality is that football within professional clubs ends for everyone at various ages. Its not the end for these young athletes, maybe the end of a chapter but it’s the start of a story. 

United in Sport Agency was created by James Blackmore who has experience of academy football as not only a coach but also a parent. He recognised that further assistance was needed for players looking to further their development outside of academy clubs. We fully appreciate that for some it is not only  a disappointing time being released but also confusing. Our goal is to make that transition easier and provide options for the ‘next chapter’.  

Working with a cohort of professionals the aim of United in Sport Agency is to offer opportunities to these young athletes to further their careers. By working with our partners we will facilitate opportunities of further education within the United Kingdom, working in partnership with established and respected universities. We work directly with American Colleges and recruitment agencies to provide football scholarship opportunities in America, provide mentors across a wide range of experts in their fields  and have key contacts within areas of businesses in the UK and abroad.
